Applications to join a PAL-sponsored writing group will be available at the Sept 8 Happy Hour, or download it here: PAL Writing Group Application.
Join us on Sept 18 to learn about the PAL-sponsored Writing Groups and how to start your own writing group. This workshop will be led by the Thompson Writing Program and PAL: Jennifer Ahern Dodson (TWP), Kristen Neuschel (TWP), and Toril Moi (PAL). Discover the various types of writing groups and decide which fits your writing life this year. Come with a few friends ready to start a group, or as an individual ready to matched to a group with similar goals. We welcome writers in any year and any stage—learn how you can develop good writing habits years before you start a dissertation, or find a group to support you through the roughest chapters in your project.
If you would like to participate in a PAL-sponsored writing group, please bring an application with your information filled out (extras will be available at the workshop). You are welcome to the workshop to learn more about writing groups whether or not you would like to join a PAL Writing Group.
